DESCRIPTION
Ni60WC50 is a mechanically mixed powder of high hardness nickel chromium boron silicon alloy and a high proportion of tungsten carbide. It has good resistance to low-stress abrasive wear, but its impact resistance has decreased, it has good corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and it is difficult to process. It is suitable for oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding processes, and is often used in applications that require strong abrasive wear resistance, such as guide plates, scrapers, fan blades, screw conveyors, etc.
Chemical composition of powder: 50% DG.Ni60A + 50% WC
Base alloy melting temperature: 1000-1100 ℃
Spray welding layer hardness: HRC: 60-75
Note: 1. Please strictly follow the requirements of the oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process.
- A one-step spray welding process is recommended.
- The temperature of the molten pool should not be too high.
