Description of Manganese Aluminide Powder
Manganese Aluminide: It was found that increasing Mn content or melting temperature promoted the formation of Al8Mn5, and also the segregation tendency of these in situ formed aluminide particles. A manganese aluminide spherical magnet was used as a projectile, with a diameter of 1 mm, it was accelerated by a so-called “micro” two-stage light gas gun in the velocity range of 3-4km/s in Fragmentation and dispersion of aluminum nitride ceramic plates by hypervelocity impact.
